Fun At the Post office.
There's something exciting about getting mail addressed to you, everyone loves to open the mailbox and find something special just for you. Every Februrary our preschoolers work to make valentines for their friends here at the center. We take a bus ride to the post office so the kids can mail out their Valentines. This is a really fun field trip because our Preschoolers not only get the chance to send a letter to their friend but they're also able to see just how long it takes for the letter to be delivered back to the center. It's a great way for them to get a glimpse of how the US postal service works.
